Calendar
Each year Family Christian’s design team puts together a coupon calendar that would incorporate words of wisdom and beautiful imagery. The approach for these calendars was to target different age groups, but still be appealing to the masses. The calendars were a huge success and kept customers wanting them beyond the deals inside.

Catalog
The Family Christian bookstores produced eight catalogs each year highlighting in-store and online merchandise. The design team worked closely with the marketing and buying teams to create a lovely shopping experience for customers. Each catalog had completely new themes to showcase the ever changing seasons of life and products. The design team clipped every photo, directed each photoshoot and created each texture, pattern color and type style intentionally.

Seasonal Strategy
The spring board is a collaboration between Family Christians product buyers, marketing and the creative teams. The creative team would meet with all parties and discuss the needs for the upcoming promotions. Then, would study retail trends, colors, language and tone. The creative team would then work with content managers to develop a deck , which includes the strategy, logos, colors, various channel mockups, etc. The sample below includes the dock presented and executed for the June season.
